Re-Construct

Design Challenge:
Participants are invited to propose an architectural design that directly addresses the issue of construction and demolition waste. The design may be conceptual, speculative, or site-specific, but must clearly demonstrate innovative strategies for:

• Reuse, recycling, or upcycling of materials.

• Designing for disassembly and adaptability.

• Reducing material consumption and construction waste.

• Integrating sustainable and aesthetic qualities in waste-conscious design.

Projects should provoke discussion, inspire change, and showcase how architectural creativity can transform waste into opportunity.
