Rebecca Roberts

Design Title

Sonara

Rebecca Roberts is a German-British architect based in Hamburg, Germany. Her work explores architecture as an atmospheric and sensory condition shaped through materiality, light, proportion, and spatial transition. Working with a restrained yet emotionally resonant architectural language, she investigates the relationship between architecture, landscape, and perception. Rooted in honest material expression and rational aesthetics, her work develops through precise spatial and constructive decisions that balance simplicity in form with richness in tectonics and atmosphere, seeking clarity, permanence, and enduring spatial experience. Interested in the intersection between conceptual thinking and built reality, she understands architecture as part of a social and physical infrastructure that structures movement, orientation, and human interaction through space. She completed her Master’s degree at the PBSA Peter Behrens School of Architecture in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 2022 and is currently developing the foundation for her own architectural practice.

Leo Puentedura & Paata Mirianashvili

Design Title

Urban Dissection

Leo Puentedura, born in Taipei, Taiwan, is an architecture student at ENSA Paris-Belleville, where he is completing his studies. His architectural interests center on fictional world-building and the exploration of impossible spaces, using speculative design as a medium to reimagine the boundaries of architecture and spatial experience.

Paata Mirianashvili, born in Tbilisi, Georgia, is an architect and Master's student at ENSA Paris-Belleville. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts named after Apolon Kutateladze, complemented by a short-term academic exchange program in Berlin. Following his graduation, he gained professional experience at Akhalsaqkalakmshenproekti and Art Studio Project before pursuing further graduate studies in Paris. His work explores contemporary architectural approaches, innovative spatial concepts, and future-oriented design.
United by their shared academic journey at ENSA Paris-Belleville, Leo and Paata collaborate through a common interest in speculative thinking, experimental spatial narratives, and architecture's potential to challenge conventional perceptions of space.

Aya-Sofia Rassy
Aya-Sofia Rassy is a French-Lebanese Master's student in architecture with a longstanding interest in underground environments, their history, architectural potential, and distinctive spatial characteristics. Her work explores the possibilities of subterranean spaces and the ways in which they can offer alternative architectural experiences. This interest led to the development of HALO, a project conceived as a tribute to the curiosity surrounding underground environments. Rather than functioning solely as a place to stay while exploring its surroundings, HALO positions the hotel itself as the primary attraction and experience.

Tely Oriach
Tely Oriach is a French Master's student in architecture whose work is shaped by a strong interest in climate resilience and architecture in extreme environments. Her research explores how architecture can respond to disasters, displacement, and environmental change while creating meaningful spaces grounded in memory, adaptation, and human experience. Her contribution to HALO stems from a fascination with underground environments as spaces of protection and as potential places for reconnection between people, nature, and the built environment.
