Third Place Winner
Traceless:Adaptive reversibility for the industrial hall
Design by
Matías Pose & Taemin Kim
Juror’s Comment:
A thoughtful adaptive-reuse proposal that explores temporary architecture as a catalyst for urban regeneration. The modular timber system, reversible connections, and use of reclaimed materials establish a convincing circular construction strategy. Consolidating scattered cultural activities into a shared creative hub offers a promising way to reactivate an underused industrial hall while demonstrating the site's potential for future investment.
