Ashley Randolph, Tom Theisen, Hayley Olsen, and Vlad Chertic are a multidisciplinary team of landscape designers and architectural designers at TowerPinkster, a full-service design firm with locations across Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. As emerging designers, they are passionate about pursuing new and challenging opportunities that encourage them to think beyond conventional boundaries and explore innovative design solutions. Their experience working together on design competitions has strengthened both their professional skills and their collaborative spirit, while fostering valuable team-building within their office.
